Beau Crevasse
Owner/Operator

Beau, who is part of a longtime Gainesville family, brings two things that make him uniquely suited to deal with you, your family and your departed, loving companion - his ethics and an endearing love of animals.

Both of these things are firmly rooted in his family that goes back three generations in Gainesville. The Crevasse's legacy of dealing fairly and honestly with their customers dates back to Beau's grandfather, Joe, who served as Alachua County Sheriff, and started Crevasse's Regency Florist. Beau's father, Buddy, a sheriff's deputy until his retirement a few years ago, and his mother, Minnie, have continued that family tradition. Today, Beau, and his wife, Christen, the third generation of Crevasse ethics and integrity, run the shop that has been serving the Gainesville community for almost 30 years. In this new endeavor, Beau maintains that Crevasse professional ethic, as well as adding his youth and vigor.

Beau's love of animals is also deeply rooted in family. For generations, pets have been part of the Crevasse family. But even with all his childhood memories, it took a relationship with one specific dog for Beau to really understand how he feels about animals. Rex, a yellow Labrador, came into Beau's life three years ago. As companions, the two have become closer than owner and pet. Rex is part of the family. Not a stay-at-home-dog, Rex greets visitors to Crevasse's Regency Florist with that same welcoming attitude as the rest of the family.
